Less Story. More Presence.

A Space to Meet Your Experience - Without Fixing it
From overthinking into direct experience

Benaz is a compassionate coach and long-time practitioner of contemplative inquiry, mindfulness, and meditation.
Her path has been shaped by more than three decades of lived experience — including loss, illness, life transitions, uncertainty, and inner transformation.
Over the years, she has explored a range of spiritual and awareness-based practices, but what she has come to value most is not teaching or providing answers.
It is creating spaces where people can meet their experience with honesty, presence, and compassion.
Through the Presence & Acceptance Circle, Benaz offers a quiet and grounded environment where people can slow down, feel what is here, and relate differently to their thoughts, emotions, and inner life.
Her work is not about fixing people or telling them what to do. It is about helping people step out of the busy mind and into direct experience.
In this circle, Benaz participates as a facilitator — holding the structure and supporting the tone of the space — while everyone gathers as equals.
What matters most in these circles is simple:
Creating space and conditions where something real can be felt.
Individual sessions may also be available by request.
